It took almost 7 days after paying the installation to get connected. To me that is too long and means your company loses revenue of 7 days on average per installation. Maintenance and installation teams came twice to my house. Fortunately I was not going to work. Imagine if I was going to work it would have taken more than 7 days. I don't understand why one team cannot do the work including the router. Your process is far below industry standard. Telkom takes less than 24 hours to instal and connect Fibre. However the fibre connection is stable. Thanks

After I struggled getting hold of accounts department and sending numerous emails that only show who your ticket is allocated to with no sort of feedback.I would like to commend Lesego for his willingness to always go the extra mile to assist me with professionalism.Thank you Lesego once again!

I'm happy with the services rendered and how Lesego took it upon himself to remind me of fees due so I don't get suspended... That was very helpful reason not rating 5 star it's because I wasn't told prior about the fees whilst my connection was reinstalled... Otherwise I would have paid everything at once.
